Your responsibilities will be:

• To deliver a great experience with every customer interaction (internal/external)
• To constantly meet and exceed customer service standards and expectations
• To act as an ambassador for the company and live the brand values
• To set, agree and continuously drive your own performance objectives in line with departmental/business plans
• To drive your own development in your own current position and career plan
• To collaborate with self and other teams to achieve all business/individual goals
• To apply change initiatives
• To support wellness initiatives
• To implement risk mitigating plans
• To plan for and organise your own work and to meet deliverables and targets to standards and plan – with a 1-month focus
• To contribute to and live the vision, values and culture of the business
• To comply with the operating processes
• To seek new ways to constantly improve your work
• To minimize your own wastage and costs in department

Requirements

What’s needed to qualify for the role?

• One to two year’s relevant experience and preferably in a call centre environment
