Job description
An established human capital solutions driver who offer various forms of assessments and training for staffing development and empowerment at a senior level are needing to grow their existing sales team both locally and nationally (HO located in Gauteng). The sales executive would need to be comfortable working autonomously calling on corporate clientele (hospitality, transport, financial houses, logistics, etc.) building long term relationships for new business as well as recurring business.
You
must exude confidence with the ability to advise business leaders on the right product.
BA psychology degree’d candidate (or relevant marketing degree) with excellent business acumen with some form of consulting experience would be first prize.
Basic R30,000 to R40,000 plus uncapped commission (commission structure would be between 7 to 10% dependent on selected basic).
