Our client is looking for two Sales Executives to be placed in Port Elizabeth and Cape Town. These executives will be responsible for generating new business and selling our educational products through consultative selling
Consultative Sales Executive
R11,500 + commission (avg is R30,000)
Travel R 2,000 + Cell Allowance R800
Cape Town
Requirements:
- Graduate level – Minimum
- consultative sales experience
- Car and license – Not negotiable
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in the planning of sales and marketing strategies
- Identification of new clients through lead generation (cold calling). A minimum of 50 calls per week is the target
- Gathering of marketing intelligence
- Performance of sales presentations
- Effective handling of client objections and complaints
- Participation in the organization and successful completion of trade shows, marketing exhibitions and launches
- Co-operation between other branch departments
- Acceptance of accountability within the sales department
- Ensure that new business monthly targets are consistently achieved by yourself, new business representing 70% of sales target and repeat business representing 30% of sales target
- Responsibility for all relevant out-going correspondence
- Ensure the accurate and timeous submission of relevant reports
- A minimum of 8 new sales appointments to be conducted on a weekly basis
- A minimum of 2 existing client calls per week to be conducted on a weekly basis
- A minimum of 5 working days’ annual leave to be taken on or before the month of September of every year
- Personal attendance at the following key events: Facilitator training, Delivery of assessment results, Learner graduation / certification ceremony
