Reporting to Commercial Sales Manager

Based at Greenpoint, Cape Town

Who we are: Cape Town’s biggest commercial radio station

Main purpose

• Accurately implement all commercial sponsorship and promotion campaigns and ensure the flawless execution of all paid-for campaigns.
• Prioritizes and facilitates project tasks, manages timelines and communicates status to Account Manager, Programming and Marketing Departments as needed.
• Work closely with the relevant Account Manager to ensure that each campaign is implemented within contractual obligations and requirements.
• Responsible for managing multiple clients’ projects at one time and for participating in internal projects as needed.

Key attributes

• Assess/evaluate requirements, manage the project plan and schedule
• Analyze a written proposal
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/ task simultaneously
• Strong internal communication skills including the ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in a team and individually

Qualifications

• Preferred radio  or media selling exposure and experience
• At least 2-5 years proven practical radio sales experience
• Relevant sales qualification (diploma, degree or other)
