Develop and maintain sales and marketing plan Perform recruitment and selection process for sales representative. Conduct training to sales representative . Conduct coaching process. Identity and develop new and current markets Maintain production targets and retain business Comply with FAIS requirements. Salary range R10 000 – R26 400 + Various Bonuses+ allowances + 13th cheque.
