Job description
Lumoss Mouldings is looking to appoint a sales manager – capable of the following:
FMCG non food – taking care of key our accounts, look for new opportunities, developing a channel to bring our products into the informal market.
The candidate must have a minimum of 10-15 years’ sales managerial experience in FMCG houseware non-food retail sales and marketing.
Must be able to negotiate and understand retail trading terms and be out in the trade all day – this is not an office job. The candidate must be willing to travel locally and throughout Africa and be fully computer literate.
Lumoss Mouldings is a well-established company manufacturing a large range of plastic houseware products and currently has listings in Spar, Pick n Pay, Game, Makro, Westpack and large number of wholesalers.
Candidate has good leadership and management skills to be able to meet targets and manage staff. This is not an office job we are looking for someone to be in the field.

Requirements
- Minimum 10 – 15 years’ managerial experience in selling to retail outlets, face-to-face negotiations with the buyers.
- Able to negotiate trading terms and put together seasonal deals for retailers.
- Willing to travel country wide and in Africa.
- Must be target-driven and able to manage a sales team.
