We’re looking for a natural, refreshingly real, grown up Sales & Trade Analyst based at our HQ in Cape Town (Westlake).We are an innovative fast growing brand carving out a new global category-“evolved refreshment” with a product that is really delicious. This is an exciting newly created role whose purpose is to step change our performance in terms of “perfect execution daily” from our Sales Pioneers and our out-sourced Sales and Merchandising Partner.

Focus areas:

• Analysing the overall market and identify possible opportunities for the business.
• Extract sales and brand information from internal and external sources.
• Compile and convert analysis/analytics into relevant information for the executives to utilize for strategy development.
• Assist in the data input/implications for meeting/presentations for the Sales Team.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for key accounts to assess performance in key customer accounts.
• Work with Trade Marketing to develop ad hoc sales rep reports, including but not limited to KPI adherence and update weekly against performance targets.
• Develop sales reports for use on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

• Two years’ sales coordination or administration sales experience in beverages or FMCG with credible quality references
• Excellent Computer literacy
• Evidence of data literacy, excel mining, pivot tables etc.
• Exceptional MS office skills
• Drivers Licence
