Responsibilities
Be a support pillar for the sales team in servicing the new and the existing client base with excellence:
- Client contracts, invoices and debit orders
- Updating CRM system
- Monitoring of existing partnership and campaigns
- Creating performance reports
- Assisting with clients’ questions and requests
- Update sales info graphics and partnership packages
- Build sales funnels for specific projects of the sales team
- Run specific sales and marketing projects assigned by manager
Run specific client deliveries:
- Execute the giveaway activation process (sourcing, planning, design brief, run giveaway and after services)
- Run wallpaper and mobile banner process (planning, design, daily operations)
- Attend partner events on behalf of CapeTownMagazine.com
Office support:
- Organising team get-togethers
- Answer the switchboard and be happy/helpful voice of the company
- Diarise and plan in-house meetings
- Manage the ‘intro’ process for new team members
- Manage ‘exit’ process when a team member leaves the
- Keep track of office supplies and order new if needed
- Keep track of supplies for tea station
Requirements
Essential skills and experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Meticulous project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in client services and sales support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products, especially Excel and Google docs
- Analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Sound people skills
