A manufacturing concern is seeking a SBO Operator to join their team.

  Job requirements :
• Assist to disconnection of billet from the dummy bar in accurate timing.
• Assist to connect the Dummy bar bolt and nuts.
• Assist to operate Auto gas cutter In both Auto and Manual Mode.
• Assist to Prepare for dummy bar insert condition.
• Assist to operate PCRT and DRT rolling table rollers.
• Assist in operating of Pusher in the cooling bed with proper sequence.
• Assist to insert dummy bar in the mould.
• Assist to clean all secondary water nozzles.
• Assist in doing housekeeping in CCM.
• Assist in doing cleaning the waste material in CCM.
• Responsibilities and duties may change due to operational requirements, need to follow all the instruction given by supervisor, Shift In charge and Department head.
• Ability to work well within a team
• Assist and follow the instruction given from SBO Operator and CCM Fitter.
