Requirements

Technical Skills to Include:

• Certified Scrum Master
• Three years’ experience in the role of Scrum Master
• Leading SAFe 4.0 or 4.5 certification
• Previous experience in a large-scale scrum environment

Responsibilities:

• Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership
• Supports the rules/methodology
• Faciltation of team progress to project objectives
• Leads overall team efforts in relentless improvement
• Supports Product owner
• Promotion of SAFe quality practices
• Promotion of continuous delivery and other technical practices
