Secretary / Office Administrator Required
THE ROLE will entail the following key aspects amongst others: Secretarial: Providing secretarial support to senior management team in London.
Responsible for extensive ‘inbox’ and diary management.
Organising meetings, conference calls etc.
Arranging company travel, accommodation and events.
Day to day administrative support as required.
Attending meetings and taking notes on an ad hoc basis.
Meeting and greeting investors, clients etc.
Office Management: Update relevant contracts, suppliers etc as necessary.
Managing office supplies for the office – stationery and food/drink for meetings etc.
Managing external consultants on office IT etc.
THE PERSON – You will require excellent organisational skills and prior experience of ‘inbox’ management – as this will be a large part of the role. You will possess the ability to work independently and autonomously and be pro-active in task management and responding to and prioritising emails. Good knowledge of Office package including Word, Excel and Outlook emails and diary management are a pre-requisite along with strong oral and written communication skills. Finally, you will have a professional presence and enjoy being a point of contact with business contacts.
Hours – 9am to 5pm. Monday to Friday
