We’re hiring! We’re an established, dynamic Johannesburg-based PR and communications agency with strong global links. Looking for a PR senior account manager or about-to-be account director with strong PR agency experience across corporate clients. We are focused on delivery – no ifs and buts. We get results and we’re proud of them. We don’t tolerate mediocrity. Deadlines are sacrosanct. Delivery is paramount.
We need like-minded people who are focused, passionate and dedicated to agency/client collaboration. We want people who can roll-up their sleeves and get their hands dirty to ensure that we deliver what our clients need. Must have proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, including management of all team members. Must have strong communication skills (written and spoken), solid history of delivery and great media relations.

- Demonstrates natural leadership skills and leads by example
- Has excellent people and team management skills
- Has strong account management and client liaison skills
- Has sufficient strategic ability to draft in-depth PR strategies
- Ensures work being delivered by the group is of the highest quality and adheres to deadlines
- Can plan and delegate efficiently and has the ability to orchestrate team members’ roles proactively
- Has excellent relationships with media and an ability to sell stories to key journalists
- Thinks creatively and strategically and implements ideas and plans effectively
- Understands how delivery for clients translates into profitability for the company
- Actively seeks organic growth for existing clients
- Has strong writing and editing ability
- Actively works with the senior management team to constantly grow the business and enhance the value adds to clients and to staff
