A well-established Public Relations & Communications Agency based in the Sandton Area is seeking to employ a Senior Account Manager with strong expertise in public relations, client relationship management, reporting and is highly administrative. The Senior Account Manager will work on a range of clients within the luxury consumer brands, retail industry and influencer community.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Exceptional consumer brand and lifestyle PR experience
• Successful project management execution skills
• Universal and comprehensive understanding of all digital and media channels.
• Influencer marketing and artist management experience
• Outstanding client service and account management skills
• Ability to compile comprehensive reports
• Excellent media relations skills

The objective of the position:

• Establish billable editorial across select consumer and lifestyle media channels.
• Develop and implement communications strategies and account plans for key projects.
• Be able to self-manage his/her own time and workload, and be an extensive team player.

Qualifications/experience

• Exceptional writing and media relations skills are vital
• At least 5 years’ PR agency experience as a Senior Account Executive or Account Manager is crucial.
• Clear & proven experience using digital marketing strategies to drive influencer marketing.
