A unique insurance house based in Pretoria is looking for a senior business analyst with five+ years’ experience using Scrum as a methodology, to join their young and dynamic team. Their entire line of business system id developed in house on new tech.

Required:

• IT degree
• Five years’ experience and three years’ insurance experience OR eight years overall experience

Main responsibilities for this role will include, but not limited to:

• Assist business Product Owner(s) with prioritisation
• Collaborate closely with business owners to gain a better understanding of what the requirements and expectations are
• Facilitation of backlog grooming sessions
• Documenting of user stories
• Documenting of acceptance criteria
• Participate in all SCRUM ceremonies
• Assist in testing activities
