Job description

We are a Durban-based communications agency looking for a strong, confident, all-rounder with a relevant degree/diploma and five to 10 years’ agency experience in public relations, corporate communications, corporate affairs, marketing communications. The successful candidate will have experience in:

• Preparing strategic proposals 
• Research and writing press releases as well as copy for newsletters, corporate reports, brochures, internal and external communication campaigns
• Analysing monitoring reports and preparing reports for clients
• Managing projects and campaigns including briefing designers and other members of the team, leading brainstorming sessions/workshops, preparing cost estimates, proposals and implementation plans, through to final delivery

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent organisational and thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of Zulu would be advantageous, though all writing will be in English.
