One of the top ICT company’s in Cape Town which provides business and technology solutions to various industries seeks a senior CRM developer to join their team. Must have four to five years’ experience in implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as excellent technical skillset including C#.Net.

Duties:

• Consulting to and advising clients.
• Planning of project implementations.
• Creation and implementation of technical designs.
• CRM system implementation at clients (on premise and online).
• Writing of report specs and reports.
• Upgrades of client systems.
• Pre-sales support.
• Experience implementing business processes in Dynamics CRM.
• Adaptation and creation of workflows and user interfaces.

Requirements:

Essential requirements

• Four to five years of experience in implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• A general understanding of the IT environment of businesses.
• Strong Customisation and Configuration Skills in CRM.
• Strong Communication, in gathering requirements, dealing with key clients and stakeholders.
• Consulting / client facing experience.
• An understanding of business processes.
• Excellent Technical skillset including C#.NET.
• Strong technical understanding of custom workflows and plugins.
• Good Documentation Skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Optional additional requirements

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certified.
• Microsoft SQL knowledge.
• Visual Studio.
• JavaScript.
• jQuery.
