Senior Payroll And Benefits Administrator
Large automotive manufacturer is seeking a Senior Payroll & Benefits Administrator with the following requirements:
• Matric
• 5 – 10 Years payroll experience
• Computer systems – VIP & Excel
• Employee Benefit (3rd Party)
Responsibilities:
• All data capturing and processing of salaries on payroll system including Botswana
• Employee queries relating to above
• 3rd Party Administration
• Administration of Sick Leave, Maternity Leave, Ill-Health applications, etc.
• Process MIBCO returns on-line
• Distribute all MIBCO correspondence
• Process of Ill-Health, Discharged and Maternity Benefits – Department of Labour
• Preparation and faxing of garnishee schedules
• Maintenance of all MIBCO related filing
• Adhoc duties for HR Manager
• Employee queries relating to above
• Process HR Forms
• Process Performance Bonuses
