A client within the manufacturing industry is seeking a Senior Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join their team.
Open position : Senior Payroll and Benefits Administrator
Location : Uitenhage

Job requirements :
- Matric Certificate
- 5 to 10 years payroll experience
- VIP experience
- Employee Benefit experience (3rd party)
- Import and export experience on VIP is essential as well as 3rd party payment experience
- Computer literate including MS Excel
Duties :
- All data capturing and processing of salaries on the payroll system
- Employee queries relating to the above
- 3rd party administration
- Administration of sick leave / maternity leave and ill-health applications
- Process MIBCO returns on-line
- Distribute all MIBCO correspondence
- Process ill-health, discharged and maternity benefits – Department of Labour
- Preparation and faxing of garnishee schedules
- Maintenance of all MIBCO related filing
- Adhoc duties for HR Manager
- Process HR forms
- Process performance bonuses
