OLC is looking for someone well rounded that can think strategically, produce experientially and manage the promotion department.

By applying for this role you will be expected to do the following: 

• Oversee recruiting and maintaining of promoters database
• Oversee booking of promoters for specified activations
• Oversee promoters brief on event specific role for each activation
• Conduct regular training sessions for promoters and field managers
• Collect feedback after the activations for reports and compile debriefs for relevant account manager by COB Monday following the weekend’s activations
• Conduct spot checks on the day of activations taking photographs of activations
• Oversee weekly calling of outlets and sales reps prior to activations to confirm weekly schedule
• Manage any extra staff that may be called in to assist with a special project.
• Oversee capture and promoter manage/payments and submit to accounts department with corresponding purchase orders prior to the 28th of every month
• Oversee management of promotional kits, liquor and uniform inventory, distribution and recollection on a weekly basis
• Oversee field manager at designated client events
• Assist in the organisation and roll-out of events managed and organised by relevant account managers
• Assist with all collections and deliveries of promotional liquor, ROI upon request
• Attend client meetings and recce’s upon request

We contractually in charge for the last 7 years of the CCSA (coca cola company) entire BTL account and therefore responsible to
develop experiential campaigns which include all “coke” brands, as well as most Pernod Ricard brands, Macdo, Old mutual, MTV,
etc..
We need someone well rounded that can think strategically, produce experientially and manage the promotion department.

Requirements

• Good project management skills
• Sound understanding of the principles of marketing
• Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing
• Excellent operational skills – the ability to work with teams and deliver on your inputs
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure
• Strong time-management skills weekly routines
• Weekly internal status with the AMs and AEs
• Key client status meetings
• Monthly director review and reporting
