Senior Receptionist Or Front Office Supervisor
Must have excellent communication skills, able to think on your feet and pay attention to detail. Proactive, accurate and meticulous. Previous experience in a similar position within a Hotel or Lodge is not negotiable. Tertiary education and Apex experience ideal. Responsible for the daily operation of the front office including checking guests in and out and making reservations. Handling guest accounts, balancing thereof and cashing up. Basic administration and running the front desk when on duty.
