High volume industrial manufacturer – which invests in their people, puts safety first and has been established for more than 50 years – is looking for a senior recruitment psychometrist in Middelburg.

Requirements:

• An honours degree in human resources management or industrial psychology
• HPCSA registration as a psychometrist (independent/private practice)
• Five to seven years’ experience in a recruitment and psychometrist role
• Experience in a heavy engineering/mining or manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
• Skills as a targeted selection practitioner
• In-depth working knowledge of EQI, SHL and Psytech test user and IRIS Practitioner 
• Knowledge of relevant legislation – Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Employment Equity Act, EE legislation and Transformation principles are essential
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent English verbal, reading and writing skills
