We are recruiting for a Senior Search Specialist to join one of the best global performance marketing agencies in South Africa. This role is based in Cape Town but the consultancy has offices all around the globe and have incredibly talented people in the business. They are looking for someone to come in and work with their US-based clients, managing campaign optimisation, analysis and reporting and also acting as the technical contact between account managers, clients and other campaign managers. The consultancy works across a number of great industries with a strong base within e-commerce, lifestyle and financial services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing + optimising search advertising campaigns across various platform
• Campaign optimisation, analysis + reporting
• Managing internal + external stakeholders
• Managing a portfolio of clients but predominantly one main client
• Guiding, coaching + assisting fellow team members
• Providing support to the head of department
• Working closely on digital strategies
• Ensuring delivery of campaigns + ROI for clients
• Collaborating with internal staff on ad copy, analytics + reporting

Requirements

Your experience will include:

• A minimum of 3 solid years within Paid Media
• At least 1 year doing Paid Search
• Advanced in Google Products including SA360
• Experience managing shopping campaigns
• Exceptional attention to detail, high work standards
