Senior Sous Chef Game Lodge
My client outside Grahamstown is currently looking for an experienced and qualified Senior Sous Chef to join their kitchen. Must have at least 2 years’ experience working as a Senior Sous Chef with 4 – 5 years as a junior sous chef at a 5* establishment and in a similar kitchen. Must have excellent communication skills; be well presented; computer literate with experience on GAAP preferred. Must have good knowledge of F&B service and have a valid code 8 driver’s license.
