Key Responsibilities:

 Financial Performance

• Ensuring that your store meets and exceeds the store targets
• Actively engaging and optimising the store’s performance and profitability
• Maximizing Units per transaction, Average transaction value, and increase in conversion percentage
• Applying day trader mentality ensuing increased trade
• Setting targets for Store Team and ensure they meet and exceed their individual targets
• Manage product at store level in collaboration with management
• Motivation of Team to ensure increased performance’s
• Influence and contribute to brand strategy

Customer Care orientation

• Provide a world-class in-store experience.
• Responsible dealing with customer complaints
• Stay up to date with product knowledge
• Custodian of customer service orientation in store
• Models customer service behavior and monitor associate’s levels of service to ensure high customer care.
• Ensure customer loyalty by converting walk in’s into repeat customers

Business Processes

• Ensure that the team delivers a world class brand experience and adheres to the ‘theatre’ requirement of the customer experience
• Responsible for stock control management
• Ensuring compliance to Health and Safety in store
• Facilitate and execution of commercial visual merchandising and product management.
• Prioritize, establish and communicate store issues and daily / weekly / monthly sales goals to the store Team
• Implement company policies and procedures, loss prevention audit guidelines in the assigned store.
• Efficient cost and expense management pertaining to all store processes

Human Capital/Team Management

• Recruitment and selection of exceptional Store Team, while ensuring a low attrition rate
• Train and develop Team on sales techniques, brand and product training, customer service, and teamwork.
• Delegation of duties amongst team
• Disciplinary actions implementation
• Lead, inspire and build your team.
• Performance management of Team and promote open lines of communication through coaching and motivation

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Manager, with a proven track record for driving sales.
• Minimum Educational level: Grade 12
