Senior Specialist: Strategy to be is responsible for leading the development of Group-wide strategies for delivery to internal clients, inclusive of vertical and supporting business units, that will enhance the overall business portfolio, its financial strength and achieve the target of doubling the market value of the Group

Requirements

Formal Qualifications

• Industry-related university degree (minimum postgraduate level); Professional degree required (CFA/CA/MBA or other)

Required Experience

• 5-10 years related experience in the financial services industry
• Appropriate Exposure to C-Suite Executives and experience working at an Executive level
• Experience in developing Group-wide strategies via extensive internal and external analysis
• Experience in developing and executing corporate turnaround strategies
• Experience in leading and executing key strategic projects working across multiple stakeholder groups
• Experience in developing innovative solutions from concept to revenue generation
• Experience creating and engaging key partnership strategies
• Experience in identifying and executing acquisitions and strategic partnerships
• Experience in leading high-performing teams and developing less experienced team members
• General management (all-rounder) experience would be an advantage
