SERVICE DESK ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED IN BELLVILLE
Requirements:
- Grade 12/ Matric
- Relevant Degree/ Diploma
- 3 years’ Experience in a Similar Role
- Experience in the Financial Services (Advantage)
- Ensure that Service Incident and Service Request Tickets are created and Assigned to the relevant support teams
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Customer Focused
- Excellent Troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail
- Deadline Driven
