Our client, specialising in purified drinking water systems, is seeking a Service and Sales Support Coordinator/Administrator for their branch in the Northern Suburbs of the Cape Town region. Can communicate effectively both internally or externally. Able to start immediately.

Duties include the following, but not limited to:

• Scheduling and coordinating technicians
• All administrative functions
• Customer service
• Assist client with system failures and requests
• Fulfilling customer stock replenishment orders
• Obtain quotations from couriers
• Adhocs for invoicing
• Re-ordering of stock with suppliers
• Assisting new clients with new rental agreements
• Secretarial and reception duties
• Basic admin and filing management
• Draw up rental agreements
• Coordinate collection for out of country orders

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 5 Years’ experience in administration, customer services, sales support
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Excel advanced skill set
• Graphic design experience would be an added advantage
• Able to start immediately
• This will be a 3-month temporary fixed term contract to start

Salary:  R10 000
