Services Manager
Our client within the FMCG / Logistics industry is seeking a Services Manager to manage all aspects relating to Operations within a warehouse, specifically receiving, dispatch and returns checking.

Reporting to : General Manager
Job requirements :
– Grade 12 Certificate
– Relevant Certificates
– Extensive knowledge of Warehousing (5 years)
– Managing of Clients Contracts (5 years experience)
– Must be in possession of a valid RSA driver’s license and own vehicle
– Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Duties :
-Develop relationship with the client contact person
-Manage SOP’s and KPI’s
-Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
-Follow up on inspection reports
-Training of staff
-Performance manage staff
-Number of complaints and follow up on maintenance / incident report
-Feedback to client on complaints
-Control direct expenses such as cleaning materials, requisition, issuing, usage, storage and dilution
-Control PPE
-Manage time keeping
-Control of overtime
-Control of headcounts, temporary staff, overtime and leave pay
-New contract leads
-Project revenue and invoicing
-Up selling on existing contracts
-Retention of contract
-Recruitment
-Industrial relations
-Manpower development
-Register administration
-Communication with staff
