Shrimp and Snow Pea Stir-Fry
Have everything chopped, sliced, and minced, but don’t begin cooking the stir-fry until the rice is just about ready.
Stir-fry is full of flavor and low in fat. Toss in a variety of vegetables for those extra nutrients. Shrimp is rich in vitamin B12 and low in saturated fat. Toss over whole-grain rice.
