We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Skills & Development Officer for our client in Humansdorp.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources
• Registered Skills Training & Development Facilitator an advantage
• At least 5 years relevant experience in Training & Development in an agricultural, wholesale and / or retail environment
• Knowledge of the Skills Development Act, all SAQA and SETA quality and qualification requirements regarding the national qualifications framework
• Proven knowledge and experience in MS Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal, written & verbal skills
• Excellent administrative skills
• Organised with initiative
• Valid drivers licence with own vehicle (This position does involve travelling)
