Skills & Development Officer
An excellent opportunity for an outstanding Training & Development person!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Skills & Development Officer for our client in Humansdorp.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources
- Registered Skills Training & Development Facilitator an advantage
- At least 5 years relevant experience in Training & Development in an agricultural, wholesale and / or retail environment
- Knowledge of the Skills Development Act, all SAQA and SETA quality and qualification requirements regarding the national qualifications framework
- Proven knowledge and experience in MS Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal, written & verbal skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Organised with initiative
- Valid drivers licence with own vehicle (This position does involve travelling)
