Our client is on the search for a Junior -Mid Social Media Marketer to assist with the running of social media accounts for their brands and reporting back to the Digital Marketing Team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring all social media accounts across all brands,
- Replying to queries and assisting with media planning and advertising across social channels.
- Content creation – generating original, creative and imaginative content ideas for monthly content plans for social media clients of the Company – this includes creative copywriting.
- Aiding in the development of social media content strategies with the team.
- Aiding in the conceptualizing of campaigns with the team.
- Competitor tracking – research competitors and keep abreast of market trends.
- Social media account management (community management)
- Reporting and analytics – compiling monthly reports and interpreting your findings
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing including social media management.
- Ability to work with social tools including Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Business, Hootsuite and other social listening & scheduling tools.
- Ability to produce monthly reports on budgets and interactions on pages.
- Experience in copywriting
- Clear understanding of the different major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.) and the types of communication required per platform
- Must have a portfolio of relevant experience to demonstrate as a proven track record
