Cash Crusaders is a respected national franchised brand that fast became part of the South African mainstream retail landscape. From our humble beginnings in 1996 and 21 years’ experience in the industry, Cash Crusaders boast with over 200 stores in Southern Africa, collectively producing turnovers in excess of R1.7bn per annum. You will be joining a family of stores that is three times the size of our nearest competition.

Our marketing team is looking for a dynamic digital marketing co-ordinator to join our team to manage our social media channels and assist the team with additional marketing efforts. From creating monthly schedules, briefing of artwork, social media paid marketing management to daily monitoring of platforms.

Please note that this is a full-time position based in our office in Muizenberg, Cape Town.

• Manage and develop content for three social media pages
• Develop social media strategies for different platforms
• Create monthly content plans
• Actively monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timeous manner
• Oversee design for social creative
• Work as part of a multi-discipline team to achieve campaign objectives
• Compile monthly reports and provide insights on community engagement and growth
• Paid marketing channel management (planning, budget management, implementation, and reporting)
• Providing insights behind social media channel metrics and traffic, to track, review and enhance engagement in order to drive the brand
• Reviewing and monitor competitive brands in similar communities
• Understanding of SEO, website analytics, and website content creation

Requirements

• Three years of integrated marketing and/or digital communications experience.
• Two years of hands-on social media experience.
• Paid channel management.
• Strong writing/editing skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and be a team player.
• High attention to detail.
