Qualifications

• Successful candidates must have high attention to detail and excellent personal communication skills.
• A degree and a very strong portfolio showcasing digital work and experience across all social media platforms will be required. We also require experience using a variety of design tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience or qualifications in all or some of the below: 

• Advertising and marketing communications degree (similar) 
• Ability to bring static type, characters and logos to life through motion. 
• Visual communication and design/Animation/multimedia design degree or three years or more experience
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator – as well as Adobe Premiere, Flash, and After Effects
• Photography (a bonus)
• Any advertising awards won. 

 Qualities we are looking for

• Strong conceptual ability. 
• Experience with animation across all social media platforms. 
• Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context combined with excellent technical and design skills
• Exceptional creative flair and an innovative approach to all design projects
• Excellent organisational, time and project management skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• An understanding of the latest trends (design and digital) and their role in a commercial environment
• Proven competence in design and image manipulation software
• Teamwork skills because most projects require input from individuals with different roles within the agency 
• Self-development skills to keep-up-to-date with fast-changing trends  and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
