A global leader in Dispatch Tech seeks a highly talented Software Change Manager: Head of Product who will define the best practices in the Change Management Process. The ideal candidate will have a suitable tertiary qualification, Change Management experience and any JIRA skills will prove highly beneficial.
Duties:
- Define best practice Change Management Process with the appropriate Change Assessment and Prioritisation criteria.
- Implement and manage the process (Change Request Assessment and Prioritisation) in alignment with the Product Roadmap.
- Stakeholder Management including clients, business and development.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Experience in Change Management.
- JIRA a Huge Plus.
