Sous chef required in Polokwane.
Requirements:
- Grade 12/ Matric
- Relevant degree/diploma
- Three years’ experience in a sous chef position
- Experience in running functions of up to 250 people
- Ability to create, cost and maintain recipes
- Knowledge of all food And kitchen procedures
- Strong personality
- Strong leadership
- Well spoken and well presented
- Ability to work under pressure
You will need to reside in Polokwane or surrounding area.
