What’s the role?
In house staffing management:
- You are responsible for recruiting casual staff for events and all administration regarding interview process
- You are responsible for developing, maintaining and updating a database of casual staff
- You are responsible for arranging of training for the casual staff
- You are responsible for communicating with casuals regarding events that they will be working at
- You are responsible for promoting casuals as per recruitment strategy plan and checklist
- You are responsible for communicating with casuals regarding events that they will be working at and ensuring they meet criteria required for each position
- You are responsible for conducting debrief with site manage and access manager regarding staff
Requirements

- Is able to juggle 20 different balls at the same time
- Remains flexible and functional under pressure
- Cares about customer service
- Hold yourself accountable
- Is proactive and able to manage a team

- Matric and tertiary qualification
- Past experience within a similar position
- Have excellent administrative skills and be able to multi-task
- Have the ability to build healthy relationships
- Is fully proficient on Ms Office
