Job description
PeakMart in Pretoria has an exciting opportunity for a Store Supervisor.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Open and closing of the store
- Focused on customer service
- Ensure staff are adequately trained
- Stock control
- Receiving
- Stock rotation
- Regular fridge temperature checks
- Regular floor walks
- Wastage control
- Maintaining of store hygiene
- Ensure staff are performing to company standards
- Ensure stock availability
- Drive sales
- Control store expenses
- Stock take
The applicant should meet the following criteria:
- At least 3 years supermarket / retail management experience essential
- Matric essential
- Valid Drivers’ license
- Own transport – essential
- South African Citizen
