We are looking for an experienced and dynamic strategic business manager to join our team at ZaPOP. The ideal candidate must be a great communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills and possess the ability to work comfortably inside a highly results-oriented environment.

More about the Role:

• Execute key business priorities
• Develop detailed business processes for streamlining efficiencies
• Develop long term strategic business plans for growth and develop clear plans for implementations
• Managing high performance culture
• Anticipate client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Improve internal processes and ensure employees work as a cohesive unit
• Support Sales Manager, and Key Account Managers in retention of existing clients
• Support Admin Manager and Operation Manager in key priorities in order for strategic plans to succeed
• Planning and Managing the company’s performance
• Monitor individual and team performance and workload, address learning, development needs, and performance issues.
• Being able to achieve set targets in a competitive environment
• Perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.

• Must be highly self-motivated, and a results-driven professional
• Analytically oriented; Make and defend decisions based on hard data
• Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently, with limited oversight from managers
• Effective at multi-tasking; someone who enjoys and thrives wearing multiple hats at once
• Enthusiastic and customer service-oriented,
• Expert in financial management and persistent business will to succeed
• Proven experience in driving successful teams including managing team morale.

Education/experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
• MBA degree – advantage
• Five to seven years of business experience
