Required to work closely with the business development team

• Monitor cultural and social trends, and their impact on consumers
• Develop inventive methods to gather insight
• Develop customer journey maps and shopper proposals based on data and trade insights
• Know the pros, cons and costs of media options and how to allocate budget to achieve client objectives
• Au fait with digital, tech and mobile marketing solutions and the players in this space
• Articulate a strategic vision confidently
• Provide the creative team with clear direction and stay close enough to see they are on track

Skills

• Minimum four years’ relevant experience in strategy in agency or client + agency.
• Relevant marketing qualification advantageous.
• An inventive approach to problem-solving, both analytical and intuitive
• Digital, data and content marketing aligned
• Experience in presenting your work
