M&C Saatchi Abel Cape Town is looking for a highly experienced Strategy Partner with a proven track record. Smart, sharp thinkers need only apply.

In this role, you will work as part of a senior leadership team with a Business Partner and Creative Partner to oversee, build and lead respected and admired relationships with key clients, including Takealot.com, Superbalist and MR D.

The ideal candidate will have industry cred and meet the following criteria:

• Eight+ years in a strategy role (preferably in an advertising agency environment)
• The ability to be an all-around strategic thinker across channels and disciplines
• Self-starter with relentless energy and tenacity
• Highly creative thinker who comes to the table with an informed point of view
• Thrive in an entrepreneurially orientated environment with fast turn-around times
• Experience in fashion and online retailer would be an added bonus.
• A hunger for the industry and an interest to grow
• A strong agency pedigree and will add to the culture of the agency 
• Highly positive, interesting, and effortless to work with
