Operating office switchboard
Receiving and screening of visitore
Laminating of Documents
Faxing, copying and scanning of documents
Screening and distributing of mail
Control and ordering of stationery
Preparing of the boardroom for meetings and ensuring refreshments are offered
Prepare invoices
