A Legal company that is part of a group focused on helping people defend and enforce their rights, is looking for a Network Security Specialist who will be responsible for the development and modification of the network infrastructure, fixing, improving, planning, implementing and overseeing the networks and systems that support the in-house technology.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Five+ years’ experience in Network Security and / or Systems Engineer
Degree in Computer Science or Similar
Fluent in SQL
Hands-on experience with SAN storage, HP equipment, Sophos, Mikrotik, Riverbed networking Products, network monitoring tools (like Solar Winds) as well as experience with Telephony
Own transport and valid drivers
Responsibilities:
Proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, emergency intervention and restoration of systems, and escalating all aspects of the IT infrastructure systems
Ensure Databases / Systems Availability at all times
Database Security and Authorization
Develop and maintain a database backup strategy. Maintain Data Integrity
Planning, designing and implementing data connectivity for local area network and wide area network systems (LAN / WAN / VLAN management)
Samsung and/or Asterisk PABX Support
Support and Monitoring of Telephone, VoIP, SMS and e-mail systems
Management of Active directory

They are looking for a project coordinator/administrator to join their team in either Cape Town or Johannesburg.
A project administrator is a professional who organises the necessary team members and specialises in facilitating, reporting and analysing projects under the supervision of a project manager. They assist the project manager by performing many of the administrative tasks required for the smooth and efficient running of the project.
This position requires great responsibility and proper time management because the job entails constant monitoring and control of all project variables. An effective project administrator frees the project manager to deal with people, project, technical and stakeholder managements issues by taking care of the day-to-day administration of the project. The project administrator may also be required to provide administrative support not only to the project manager but also to the entire project team.
