Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a design discipline related to interaction, information, motion, animation and graphic design.
Five+ years’ experience.

Expert in: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects).
Solid knowledge of semantic HTML/CSS.
Major pro if you can both design and animate for motion graphics.
