Exciting opportunity for a talent manager to join Frogitt and Vonkel Private Wine Merchants.

The main function will be to ensure the availability and acquisition of talented sales employees to effectively support the business while building the skills of our current sales professionals through ongoing training and coaching.

The ideal candidate would also be tasked with maintaining discipline and structure within the sales department.

We require a passionate, driven, committed, hardworking team member.

A consistent self-starter. You will need to have had recruitment sales experience, be well presented and an excellent communicator. 

Report to the national sales manager and oversee direct reports. You will be based at head office while providing a group service.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Post-matric qualification an advantage
• Previous recruitment experience essential
• Excellent Microsoft or similar computer skills
• A-type personality
• Own transport
• Sales and business development experience

• HR principles/recruitment principles
• Management and leadership skills
• Strong verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills
• Intermediate skills in MS Office
• Wide spectrum of assessment tools and methodology
• Basic wine knowledge
