We are seeking an experienced team leader to join our small but growing based company based in Maitland
you will join the team as team lead generating leads for the financial industry. You will be required to supervise 2-3 agents

Direct report is to head of production / general manager 

Team leader responsibilities will be:

• Coach staff, provide training and on-boarding of all new staff in your unit
• Continued training of current staff, plan and schedule training days 
• Make sure team hits they daily and weekly KPI’s
• Providing regular, timely feedback to the marketing team on number of calls made, pending bookings/hot prospects, any objections etc
• Be a team player and team leader and join in the retention team to generate leads for our clients 

Type of person we looking for:

• Excellent at motivating others and hitting daily targets 
• Training and peoples person. Must be a bubbly individual
• Knows how to motivate, inspire people on all levels 
• Must have experience in outbound, cold calling with businesses

What we offering:

• Base salary of R7000 per month flexible hours 
• Flexible work hours Monday-Thursday 08:00 – 16:00pm – Friday 08:00 – 14:00pm
• KPI monthly bonus if targets are hit in the team
