Our client is seeking a dedicated and hard working Technical Administrator with strong administrative skills.
Open position : Technical Administrator
Location : Port Alfred
Salary : R5000 – R6000 per month
Type : Permanent position
ob requirements :
– Must be able to work in Port Alfred
– Invoicing experience
– Experience using Excel, Outlook and MS Word
– Attention to detail
Duties include :
– Reconciling paperwork received from the Technical Department to ensure all is received
– Capturing details of the service call (accuracy is important)
– Invoicing service call on clients account (accuracy is important)
– Closing job cards once invoiced
– Sending client copy of tax invoice once invoiced
– Completing reports to close off service call
– Resolving queries relating to incorrect information on paperwork
