Technical Recruitment Consultant (Cape Town) We have an exciting opportunity available for a Technical Recruiter to join the winning team at our Transman Cape Town Branch. Will be responsible for recruiting Artisans and Semi-skilled Artisans in a timeous manner.

Minimum requirements

• Grade 12
• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience recruiting Artisans & Semi skilled Artisans
• Certified Biometrics Officer
• Fluent in English
• Must be well presented and neat
• Should be able to follow instructions well
• Well organised and able to work as a team player
• Fully computer literate (MS Office)
• Experience working on Job Portals like Pnet & Placement Partner, etc.
• Must have a data base of candidates
• Inherent understanding of Artisan qualifications or connections with this sector is a given
• Must have good administration skills

• Must have a sense of urgency
• Good communication and people skills
• Problem solver
• Excellent telephone and email etiquette
• Must be reliable (no abuse regarding absenteeism)
• Able to also work independently and under pressure
• Out of the box thinker

Main responsibilities

• Attending to recruitment requirements to various clients
• Accurate typing of CV’s (at least 35 w.p.m.)
• Recruiting Artisans & Semi skilled Artisans
• Writing of adverts
• Working on job portals like: Pnet & Placement Partner
• Matching of applicants
• Growing a database of potential candidates
• Communicating and building relationships with Technical Training Colleges and Centres in order to have access to recently qualified candidates entering the market
• General administration duties
• Working towards set targets on a monthly basis
