Technical Recruitment Consultant
Technical Recruitment Consultant (Cape Town) We have an exciting opportunity available for a Technical Recruiter to join the winning team at our Transman Cape Town Branch. Will be responsible for recruiting Artisans and Semi-skilled Artisans in a timeous manner.
Minimum requirements
- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience recruiting Artisans & Semi skilled Artisans
- Certified Biometrics Officer
- Fluent in English
- Must be well presented and neat
- Should be able to follow instructions well
- Well organised and able to work as a team player
- Fully computer literate (MS Office)
- Experience working on Job Portals like Pnet & Placement Partner, etc.
- Must have a data base of candidates
- Inherent understanding of Artisan qualifications or connections with this sector is a given
- Must have good administration skills

- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Must have a sense of urgency
- Good communication and people skills
- Problem solver
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Must be reliable (no abuse regarding absenteeism)
- Able to also work independently and under pressure
- Out of the box thinker
- Ability to share responsibility when needed
Main responsibilities
- Attending to recruitment requirements to various clients
- Accurate typing of CV’s (at least 35 w.p.m.)
- Recruiting Artisans & Semi skilled Artisans
- Writing of adverts
- Working on job portals like: Pnet & Placement Partner
- Matching of applicants
- Growing a database of potential candidates
- Communicating and building relationships with Technical Training Colleges and Centres in order to have access to recently qualified candidates entering the market
- General administration duties
- Working towards set targets on a monthly basis
