Our client, a retail software specialist in the Southern Suburbs / Cape Town is looking to employ a Technical Support Agent

Requirements:

• CompTIA A+, N+
• Linux  would be an added advantage
• Fluent written and verbal skills in English necessary
• Provides technical support service
• Investigates reasons for problems and solves them for clients.
• Follows up on all outstanding queries timeously within agreed upon client SLA
• Execute orders for and follow up service and repairs

Skills / Duties:

• Ability to conceptualise, interpret and document solutions for customer needs
• Preferably have worked in an IT helpdesk environment before
• Time management skills
• Written communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Applicants must reside in the SOUTHERN SUBURBS / CAPE TOWN or surrounding area.
