Technical Support Agent – Southern Suburbs / Cape Town
Our client, a retail software specialist in the Southern Suburbs / Cape Town is looking to employ a Technical Support Agent

Requirements:
- CompTIA A+, N+
- Linux would be an added advantage
- Fluent written and verbal skills in English necessary
- Provides technical support service
- Investigates reasons for problems and solves them for clients.
- Follows up on all outstanding queries timeously within agreed upon client SLA
- Execute orders for and follow up service and repairs
Skills / Duties:
- Ability to conceptualise, interpret and document solutions for customer needs
- Preferably have worked in an IT helpdesk environment before
- Time management skills
- Written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Applicants must reside in the SOUTHERN SUBURBS / CAPE TOWN or surrounding area.
