Well known company in airport industry requires a technical support agent to support and back up technical issues for their remote-controlled products

Requirements:

• Matric + N3/ N4/ electronic or electrical qualification
• Valid drivers licence
• Electronically knowledgeable with excellent fault repairing abilities
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Understanding technical operations and be able to think laterally
• An independent reliable work ethic

Duties:

• Train clients in commercial and technical material for all the company’s products offered
• Follow up and support existing clients commercially and technically
• Support the customer in office, out of the office and on site in all technical issues
• Provide leaflets, promotional items and samples for installation at their premises
• Report all technical problems and all requested market information
• Repairing of motors and controls
• Customer site support
• Assembly of products to be installed in projects mock-ups
• Support client and end-users both on the phone and at time in the field with all after sales technical information
• Calling on clients to assist with technical issues and general control of the client showrooms
• Troubleshooting, problem-solving and analysing problems
• Ensure workflow and scheduling runs
