Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Team Leader who will lead front-end and back-end teams.

Are you a talented and capable full stack developer? are you passionate about providing guidance to junior to mid-level developers? Then you might just be the right fit for this role.

Requirements:

• Completed Degree in Computer Science/ equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 6 years+ front-end and back-end related experience in the following tech stack i.e. CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Angular4+, C# and ASP.Net
• Experience of people management and the ability to lead and influence others
• Experience in formal personal development planning and individual, team and process performance management
• Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system / software development projects in a structured environment
• Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design
• Experience in requirements capture, analysis techniques and process improvement approaches

Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Project Management Principles (Agile and Waterfall)
• Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
• Desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current technologies
• Able to lead, coach and mentor a team

What you’ll be doing:

• Setup and maintain development process
• Guide and oversee that repositories, servers, etc are set up correctly for a project
• Responsible for design / architecture
  • System architecture
  • Data layer through to UI
  • Diagrams as required
  • Change designs as required
• Organize and oversee the learning and development of team members
• Conduct code reviews
• Driving sprint planning meetings, working with the PM / PO (product owner) and team
